VegFest Morocco was a digital event held in honour of the legendary animal rights activist Jane Goodall. The event, sponsored by Veg’Morocco, VegFund, Veg Fest Morocco, and the Vegan Africa Fund, brought together pan-African and global perspectives on veganism, outreach, and the need for the diaspora community to support the vegan future of Africa.
The Vegan Africa Fund founder, Sunny Satva, hosted several panel events including “Vegan Businesses in Africa: Challenges and Opportunities,” “Veganism in Mozambique,” “Eden Vegan Foods,” “Million Dollar Vegan,” and interviewed our guest of honor, American musician and activist Moby.
This livestream event reached over 50,000 in the two days, which involved networking, conversations, and community with vegans from over a dozen countries. All of the videos are available to watch on the VegFest Morocco Facebook page below!
